I am writing to request an internal review of Middletown Township's handling of my OPRA request 'Fire Department Operational Guidelines'.
Middletown Township has failed to comply with/respond to this request in the deaignated timeframe as set forth in the OPRA guidelines.

A delay was introduced to this OPRA request because the Township's request management software cut out parts of the unique request email addresses used by OPRAmachine. Instead they were sent to a general catchall area of our system, and required a manual response by site administrators.
