Please provide all financial statements for the 2018 Fiscal year for Lacey Twp. EMS. They are a volunteer agency under the jurisdiction of Lacey Twp and they must comply with all OPRA requests.
Second please have Lacey EMS include a list of all paid EMTs including there start dates. Also include a separate list of all volunteer members.
*If a member gets paid for one shift and volunteers for another please include his/her name on both the Paid and Volunteer list.

In reference to the below OPRA request the NJ Appelate Division was upheld Brooks v. Tabernacle Rescue; just because the Township authorizes the agency to operate and provides some
funding, this does not subject the organization to OPRA.
Also, any future OPRA Requests must go to the Municipal Clerk at [Lacey Township request email].
