Good afternoon, 
The South Jersey Transportation Authority is in receipt of your request
for “the financial disclosure forms of G. David Zappariello, SJTA Chief of
Staff for the years 2021, 2020, 2019, 2018.” At this time, your request is
denied because the Authority does not maintain these records. As such, no
such records exist. See Pusterhofer v. NJ Dep’t of Educ., GRC Complaint
No. 2005-49 (July 2005)(The Council determined that no unlawful denial of
access occurred because the custodian certified that no responsive records
existed and there was no evidence in the record to refute her
certification).
