This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Request fulfillment difficulties and delays encountered by the OPRA staff are understood and acknowledged. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
I am requesting the following information from WARREN County for the PRIMARY ELECTION of June 6, 2023:
I am requesting all SYSTEM LOGS (specify the file name based on the
equipment they used, as follows) (SLOGs if Dominion)(Admin Log & Event Log
if ES&S). Please provide these records for the period of May 1, 2023 through
June 30, 2023.

Please provide all information via electronic communication. If necessary, I am happy to provide portable storage (such as USB stick) for copying any files that cannot be sent electronically. Since this request is for educational purposes only, and is not intended for commercial use, I am requesting all fees be waived.

Warren County Board of Elections will need until December 15, 2023 to complete this request.

At this time everyone (4 staff and myself) are preparing for the November 7th General Election which includes Processing Mail-in Ballots, training poll workers, updating the voter rolls with additions, changes (name and or address, party affiliation) deletions and many other tasks. With the limited staff and time to prepare for the General Election, your OPRA request cannot be started until the General Election is certified.
