3 - Any correspondence or agreements between the district and federal or
state agencies related to funding for the preschool program.

If these records are not readily available, please provide any existing
documents or reports that summarize the district's federal funding
sources and their allocation to preschool programs.

If the requested records are not available in their entirety, I request
that any portions not exempt from disclosure under OPRA be provided.
