Dear Middletown School District,

Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

1 - Documentation of any federal funding received by the Middletown Township School District that is allocated specifically for the preschool program during the 2024-2025 school year.

2 -Records detailing the sources and amounts of federal funding allocated to the district’s preschool program, including but not limited to Title I funds, IDEA preschool grants, or any other federal grants or programs.

3 - Any correspondence or agreements between the district and federal or state agencies related to funding for the preschool program.

If these records are not readily available, please provide any existing documents or reports that summarize the district's federal funding sources and their allocation to preschool programs.

If the requested records are not available in their entirety, I request that any portions not exempt from disclosure under OPRA be provided.
