In the legal notice posted by the township announcing the receipt of the unsolicited bid, there is a paragraph regarding the feasibility report and that it is available via Google Drive. So what you sent me must not be all that is available.

No. That is the one from 2023. The one I want is referenced in the legal notice from 2021. The legal notice was sent to me on request 23-978 by Amy. It was posted on the township's website on September 21st of 21 and taken down in April of 2022. The fourth paragraph references the material I am looking for.
