Dear OPRA Custodian,
Augenblick, Palaich, and Associates were hired by the New Jersey Department of Education to develop the school funding formula. I would like to determine the nature of the relationship. I am seeking any and all RFP’s and replies, contracts, non-disclosure agreements, confidentiality agreements, software license agreements and any and all documents that demonstrate the extent of the relationship between Augenblick. Palaich, and Associates and the New Jersey Department of Education. I understand that Augenblick, Palaich, and Associates was formerly known as Augenblick & Myers back in 2002.
