Dear Concerned Parent:
I am replying to your OPRA request below. There are no government records
directly responsive to your request. Your request would require us to
perform research to respond to your inquiry, which is beyond the scope of
an appropriate OPRA request. OPRA requires disclosure only for specific,
identifiable documents, not for non-identifiable requests for information.
Wholesale requests for general information to be analyzed, collated and
compiled by the responding government entity are not encompassed within
OPRA’s disclosure requirements. Mag Entertainment LLC v. Division of
Alcoholic Beverage Control, 375 N.J. Super. 534 (App. Div. 2005); Elcavage
v. West Milford Twp., GRC Complaint Nos. 2009-07 and 2009-08 (March 2010).
For these reasons, I am denying your request.
Thank you.
