Dear Alpha Borough,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1) Names of individuals who have the authority and/or password to post/delete/edit on Alpha, New Jersey's (Government Organization) Facebook page.
2) Activity Log for Alpha, N.J.'s Government Organization
Facebook page for May 11th-May 16th.
3) Posts, Pictures, Edits, and Deletions made to Alpha, N.J.'s Government Facebook page for May 13th and May 14th , 2019.

Thank you for submitting your OPRA request. Requests will be processed
Monday, Tuesday, and Friday from 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. as per N.J.S.A.
47:1A-5(a).
OPRA requests must be for a specific public document and should list a
specific date or dates. OPRA requests with terms "any and all", requests
for information, requests that require research into documents, or
requests that require the Clerk's office to create a document shall be
rejected.

Regarding items 2 and 3:
We currently do not have the expertise within our office to obtain these records. This will require the Borough to obtain professional services to evaluate whether or not these records can be obtained within the guidelines of OPRA. We would need to research companies who do this type of work and get an estimate of what the cost would be to you. Please let the Borough know how you would like us to proceed within five working days from the date of this email.

In response to your OPRA request:
1) Names of individuals who have the authority and/or password to post/delete/edit on Alpha, New Jersey's (Government Organization) Facebook page. - In the last reply to this item, we responded that we have no list of names.
2) Activity Log for Alpha, N.J.'s Government Organization Facebook page for May 11th-May 16th - I have attached the responsive record.
3) Posts, Pictures, Edits, and Deletions made to Alpha, N.J.'s Government Facebook page for May 13th and May 14th , 2019 - The attached would also satisfy the portion of the request for posts and pictures. As for the edits and deletions, I have utilized tools available to me and have not uncovered any edits or deletions for those days. In fact, the only post during that timeframe is the one that is attached from 5/14. If there is something that I'm not seeing correctly please let me know and I will be glad to find the expertise needed to uncover edits or deletions. I will consider this request closed at this point but as I stated I am glad to open up another one if there is something that I am misunderstanding.
