I would like a copy of all banned profile page lists for all social media accounts owned by the town of hopatcong and the police department that is most current as of July 10, 2022
I would like a copy of all page roles pages for the hopatcong police departments social media pages that are most current as of July 10, 2022
I would like a copy of all censored words pages for the hopatcong police department social media pages that is most current as of July 10, 2022

As to your OPRA request I have the following response/questions:
The Social Media for the Borough of Hopatcong outside of the Police Department does not allow commentary, so there are no banned profile pages.
As to the definition of "banned" pages, can I assume you mean blocked individuals?
I am unfamiliar with "page roles pages". Can you please explain what you are looking for?
As for a copy of censored words, the Borough does not have a list of censored words for our Social Media.

You do have comments on the page and according to Van Wagner Vs. Yaede Facebook is a social media platform and you cannot block access as it is a public forum. The "banned" page shows what profiles are banned from the page, banned from commenting and their rights are being violated under the 1st Amendment and the New Jersey State Constitution. The page exists. The page users role page shows which profiles have administrative privileges, etc... The censored or filter page exists within any Facebook group or page- as it is part of the page, so that also exists. Please provide.

Sorry, I misspoke. I thought that is what our Recreation Coordinator told me, but I was mistaken. We do allow comments, but we do not ban profiles on our sites outside of the Police Department. I will forward you all the information once it is gathered from the appropriate departments.

Please find attached the information for our Community Center, Recreation and Hopatcong Happenings Facebook pages. None of these pages block anyone nor do they have blocked words or phrases. I respectfully request an extension for this OPRA request as I have not yet received the information from the Police Department or the Animal Shelter. I have no idea how to obtain the information he is asking for. I printed out the copy that stated nothing is block no person or other pages. I will yet again look for anything printable to prove nothing is blocked.
