Hello. Thank you for your prompt response. However, on the Facebook page in question, in the About Section states, "Official Page for the Carteret Fire Department and EMS Division proudly serving fire protection and safety to the Borough of Carteret residences and businesses." How can a private page be representative of an official borough department or representing a borough department in an official capacity?
