I orginally emailed him an opra request months ago. Ignored. Who is the records custodian? For the record there have been NUMEROUS 1st amendment violations of him deleting comments off of the government run facebook page. Any further violations of opra or the 1st amendment will result in legal action. You have until monday to release the opra response.

As the Municipal Clerk, I am the Records Custodian for the Borough. However, when the requested records are not in my possession, I send a memo to the appropriate department for the information and their response directly to the requestor.

Please be advised that the Totowa Board of Recreation Facebook page is not a sanctioned Borough of Totowa Facebook page. Accordingly, this OPRA request had been forwarded to the Board of Recreation Director for information responsive to the request:
1) Please see attached "Banned People & Pages" from the Totowa Board of Recreation Facebook page. It is my understanding that no one is currently banned or blocked from this page.
2) This request is voluminous. As such, the cost for these documents is currently being assessed.
3) Please see attached.
4) There are no text messages responsive to this request.
5) The Board of Recreation Director has advised that there is no document responsive to this request.
6) There is no document responsive to this request.
