Any and All EZ Pass records registered to the Township of Old Bridge for the period of FEBRUARY 28TH 2020 TO MARCH 10TH 2020.

Dear Vincent Galgano,
The Old Bridge Township Records Custodian received your Open Public
Records Act (OPRA) request on March 13, 2020. As such, the seven (7)
business day deadline to respond to your request is March 24, 2020. This
response to your request is being provided to you on the business day of
the custodian’s receipt of said request.
Your OPRA request sought access to the following:
“Any and All EZ Pass records registered to the Township of Old Bridge for
the period of FEBRUARY 28TH 2020 TO MARCH 10TH 2020”
*Requesting Clarification
Currently, your request fails to identify with reasonable clarity the
specific government records sought, as is required by Bent v. Stafford
Police Department, 381 N.J.Super. 30, 37 (App. Div. 2005). At this time,
we request clarification of your OPRA request. Please respond in writing
and identify the specific government records sought so that we may process
your request. Failure to provide written clarification of your request
will result in the closure of this OPRA request. Kindly clarify what is
meant by ”EZ Pass records”. Please specify the documents you are
seeking.

Dear Gretchen McCarthy,
Please provide any and all EZ Pass Statements, Bills, Invoices to EZ Pass Transponders that are registered to the Township of Old Bridge. Also, please provide me with the total amount of EZ Pass Transponders registered to the Township of Old Bridge and please break them down by each township department (ie. Public Works has ____ many).
The request seeks the information from February 28th to March 10, 2020

I am sorry, but from what I have been informed there is no record that
indicates the department designated a particular transponder.

I am sorry, but I do not have a request from you on April 21. For whatever reason, your emails have been going to my junk mail and I have checked for the request but did not find any, much less one that says "certain fees" . Please re-send
