Thank you for your response. According to the Board's general meeting minutes for December 2021, at one point they entered into Executive Session, however, there are no minutes for this session provided in your response. Please review the records and provide if available.
A brief comment: Review of the provided minutes show the occasional discussion of topics in the past which likely should have remained under open session. Also Identifying in their general meeting minutes, the reason under N.J.S.A. 10:4-12(b) for entering closed sessions, would be beneficial.
