Records requested:
Please provide me with the list of Excess or Surplus Funds sent to the NJ Superior Court Trust Fund Unit that resulted from Tax Foreclosure Sales in 2019 through 2021. Please include, in the list, the APN of the foreclosed property, the Court Filing or Docket number, the date of property sale, the date of funds transfer to the TFU, and the dollar amount of the funds transferred to the NJ TFU.

The Monmouth County Sheriff's Office does not have a list of surplus monies. You would need to contact the courts directly.
