Exact punch in and out and original time sheets and 3.75 forms

We're waiting for Tomasz Pieklo to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Paterson City,

I am requesting EXACT WRITTEN TIME SHEETS, EXACT PUNCH IN AND OUT BY KEYFOB SYSTEM & TIME ENTERED MANUALLY BY THE CITY of employees Darius Pokoj and James Booth of Economic Development Department for the time period of 8/1/2023 to 3/1/2024. I am also requesting the personnel action form (3.75) for both Darius Pokoj and James Booth. Please provide me with that as soon as possible.
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: exact / original time sheets and written / exact punch in and out by keyfob /time entered by the city/ 3.75 personnel action forms
