Exact punch in and out and original time sheets osner charles
Dear Paterson City,
I am requesting EXACT TIME SHEETS & EXACT PUNCH IN AND OUT of assistant director of Economic Development Department. I did not request an employee “transaction form” which I was provided with in the past. Since osner Charles started march 2019 until June 10th of 2022 I’m requesting his exact time sheets and exact Punch in and out. Please provide me with that as soon as possible or I will have no options but to proceed with a lawsuit.
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: exact / original time sheets and written / exact punch in and out.
