Good morning Mr. Paff,

It’s been awhile since I’ve been in a municipality where you have
contacted me. I think our paths crossed in Pittsgrove, NJ,  5 or 6 years
ago. I take great pleasure trying to provide you with your requests. I
appreciate your efforts on all levels. So, I’ve only been here in Milltown
since November of 2020 and there have been no ethics meetings or
complaints filed that I am aware of. Hence no minutes. A bit more digging
and the only set up minutes I can find happened in the year the ethics
board was adopted by ordinance in 1994. Attached is the Ordinance, the
complaint and the minutes. No other records exist. If you should have any
questions, do hesitate to call. Every time we speak I learn something from
you to take forward.  This completes your request.

Dear Ms. Marlor:

Thank you. You'll be receiving a letter from me soon concerning the ethics board.

Yes, I remember you from Pittsgrove. I don't know if we spoke about this, but I was born and raised in nearby Upper Deerfield.

Have a good day.

Yours sincerely,

John Paff

I remembered you were from the area but forgot it was Upper Deerfield. I had a home on The Delaware Bay for 20 years and sold it last spring. I plan to escape from NJ later this year and retire south. I'll look forward to receiving your correspondence. Have a great day. Mimi
