ATC Group Services LLC is currently conducting a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment for the listed property: 436 Matawan Avenue, Cliffwood, New Jersey 07721 . Please consider this a formal Open Public Records Act (OPRA)request under N.J.S.A 47:1a-1 for information on all records maintained by your department. These records may include health department environmental records, violations, drinking water records, underground storage tanks (UST), leaking underground storage tanks (LUST), spills, monitoring wells, asbestos abatement and any other environmental reports that the department may have.

Hi
There were two closed permits on this property they are as follows:
20120108- removal of 2 underground storage tanks a 4000 gallon and a 8000 gallon
20120656 - removal of a 550 gallon and a 300 gallon tank
Install a 4000 gallon underground storage tank.
