EnviroSure is conducting a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (Phase I ESA) at the Renault Winery & Resort, (2101-2159 Bremen Avenue; Block 73.07, Lots 1, 3, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, and 16), Egg Harbor City, NJ. In that regard, we are requesting a search of all files pertaining to the property. In particular, we are requesting all files pertaining to underground storage tanks (USTs)/heating oil tanks, monitoring wells, potable wells, septic tanks/systems, chemical/oil spills, hazardous materials use/storage, building and demolition permits, and ownership records.
