Dear Egg Harbor City,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access.
Records requested:
EnviroSure is conducting a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (Phase I ESA) at the Renault Winery & Resort, (2101-2159 Bremen Avenue; Block 73.07, Lots 1, 3, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, and 16), Egg Harbor City, NJ. In that regard, we are requesting a search of all files pertaining to the property. In particular, we are requesting all files pertaining to underground storage tanks (USTs)/heating oil tanks, monitoring wells, potable wells, septic tanks/systems, chemical/oil spills, hazardous materials use/storage, building and demolition permits, and ownership records. Electronic copies are preferred if available. Thank you.

I forwarded your OPRA 66-2024 to the appropriate departments for response. You will need to contact the Atlantic county Board of Health for septic records.
