We are performing an environmental site assessment for the Property located at 47 Ray Street (Block 83, Lot 4.01) in New Brunswick, NJ and are looking for the following documentation (if available):
• Documentation related to underground storage tanks at the property (permits for installation, removal, etc.)
• Certificates of occupancy dating back to first development of the property (or earliest available).
• Asbestos or lead based paint abatement documentation.
• Documentation related to releases/spills of hazardous materials at the property.
• Documentation related to septic systems or supply wells at the property.
We are seeking records for all years available or 1940-present if all years are not available. Please call if costs are anticipated to be over $10.00. Thank you and have a lovely day!

Good morning,
Please find your OPRA request with the City of New Brunswick's
Construction Division completed and attached. There are no open permits on
this property and I did not find any records concerning tanks when
checking the older files.
