EnviroSure is conducting a Phase I ESA at 386, 394, 406, 410 and 416 Highland Avenue (Block 5202; Lots 9, 8, 7, 6 and 5). In that regard, we are requesting a search of all files pertaining to the properties. Especially, underground storage tanks, environmental concerns, building permits and ownership records.

cards from the Tax Assessor's office for the following addresses. The
record cards will show the owner information we have on file for these
properties:

We are awaiting response from the Building and Water Departments regarding
the permits and environmental reports. Upon receipt of records, we will

In response to your OPRA request, please see attached permits from the
Building Department for the requested addresses. These permits include
underground storage tank info, if applicable to the property. Each permit
has been marked in the upper right-hand corner with its status
(open/closed). In addition, the Planning and Water Departments found no
records within their files pertaining to environmental concerns on the
properties.
