Dear Runnemede Borough,

Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

EnviroSure is conducting a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (Phase I ESA) at the property of 301 East Evesham Road, Runnemede Borough, Camden County, NJ. In that regard, we are requesting all files for the property pertaining to underground storage tanks (USTs)/oil tanks, chemical/oil spills and incident reports, septic systems/potable wells, hazardous materials use and storage, demolition/building permits, and land-use records. Electronic copies are preferred if available. Thank you.

Regarding your list:
- Underground storage tanks (USTs)/oil tanks - No Records
- Potable wells/septic systems - No Records
- Known spills/releases - No Records

Dry cleaners/dry cleaning operations - we can do a CO search to see if there was ever a dry cleaner. Older permits don't list the type of business but the CO may have that information.
