Note: The documents say 259 W US 130, but Block 36, Lot 7/8 match our tax
records for 273 W US 130.

 

Moreover, although I did include two Land Use Board documents that
happened to be in the file with the permits, the request for “Land Use
records” is overly broad. If you are looking for additional documents
beyond what has been provided, you will need to specify the exact record
you seek.

 

Lastly, any documents pertaining to hazardous materials can also be
obtained/searched for at the County level.

property pertaining to underground storage tanks (USTs)/oil tanks,
chemical/oil spills and incident reports, monitoring wells, hazardous
materials storage, use, and disposal, building/demolition permits, and
land-use records. Electronic copies are preferred if available. Thank you.
