EnviroSure is conducting an environmental due diligence investigation for the property identified as Block 408.30; Lot 1.01 (formerly identified as 1100 Delsea Drive), Glassboro, Gloucester County, NJ. In that regard, we are requesting a search of all files from 1900-Present pertaining to the property and 1100 Delsea Drive. In particular, we are requesting files pertaining to underground storage tanks (USTs), chemical/oil spills or releases, environmental concerns, septic systems, building/demolition permits, and ownership records/Deeds. Electronic copies are preferred if available. Thank you.
