The Township of Waterford received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request on November 18, 2022. As such, the seven (7) business day deadline to respond to your request is December 1, 2022. This response to your request is being provided to you on the 7th business day since the custodian received said request.

Attached are open permits and ownership information relative to 2116 Leitz Lane. Please not there are no files pertaining to underground storage tanks, environmental concerns, or monitoring wells on file.

If your request for access to a government record has been denied or unfilled within the seven (7) business days required by law, you have a right to challenge the decision by the Township of Waterford to deny access. At your option, you may either institute a proceeding in the Superior Court of New Jersey or file a complaint with the Government Records Council (GRC) by completing the Denial of Access Complaint Form. In that regard, we are requesting a search of all files pertaining to the property. In particular, files pertaining to underground storage tanks, environmental concerns, monitoring wells, building/demolition permits, and ownership records.
