EnviroSure is conducting a Phase I ESA. Thus, we are requesting a search of all files pertaining to the properties of 369 US Highway 130, East Windsor Township, Mercer County, NJ (Block 57, Lot 10), and 359 US Highway 130, East Windsor Township, Mercer County, NJ (Block 57, Lot 11). Especially, files pertaining to underground storage tanks, environmental concerns, building permits, and ownership records. Electronic copies are preferred if available. Thank you.

East Windsor Township received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request on August 11, 2022. As such, the seven (7) business day deadline to respond to your request is August 22, 2022.
Your request requires additional time beyond the seven (7) business days to fulfill due to the size of the file and the information being requested. OPRA allows custodians to seek extensions of time pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.i. Specifically, OPRA states that, “the requestor shall be advised by the custodian when the record can be made available. If the record is not made available by that time, access shall be deemed denied.”
Your request requires an extension of time until August 30, 2022, which is an additional six (6) business days to gather the information from the files.
