EnviroSure is conducting a Phase I ESA at 163 Route 77 (Block 76; Lot 1). In that regard, we are requesting a search of all files pertaining to the property. Especially, underground storage tanks, environmental concerns, building permits and ownership records.

property referenced below, 163 Route 77, is not in the Borough of Elmer,
so we would not have any records for it. According to the NJ tax
assessment records it is located in the Township of Upper Pittsgrove:
