EnviroSure is conducting a Phase I ESA at the property of 460 Ludlow Avenue, Cranford Township, NJ. In that regard we are requesting a search of all files pertaining to the property. Especially, underground storage tanks, environmental concerns/spills, building permits, and ownership records. Electronic copies are preferred if available. Thank you.

• The Health and Clerk’s Departments have provided the attached records responsive to your request for “underground storage tanks, environmental concerns/spills” information;
• The Fire Department has no records responsive to your request for “underground storage tanks, environmental concerns/spills” information;
• The Building Department has provided the attached permit history information;
• The Tax Assessor’s Department has provided the attached records responsive to your request for "ownership records" information;
• The Tax Collector's Department has provided the attached records responsive to your request for "ownership records" information;
