EnviroSure is conducting a Phase I ESA at 521 Woodbine Ocean View Road (Block 223; Lot 1.01). In that regard, we are requesting a search of all files pertaining to the property. Especially, underground storage tanks, environmental concerns, building permits and ownership records.

You need to identify the documents you want. Environmental concerns? Ownership records - do you mean deeds?
We will start pulling any underground storage tanks permits as well as the other building permits and let us know about the other items. Thanks!

Environmental concerns related to spills, tanks, releases, fires from BOH, fire and code departments. As far as ownership, just a history, we do not need the deeds.

Attached please find the documents from the Construction/Zoning Department. The Tax Assessor is a Part-Time position and I will check with her on Tuesday when she is back in the office to see if she has the ability to print a report reflecting ownership history if she does I will forward it under a separate email, if she does not then I will advise you that no such record exits. Thanks!

Attached are the construction permits related to the below OPRA request. I also attached the fire tech sheets which indicate the existence of an underground storage tank.
I have no record in the file of any environmental concerns or spills.
To my knowledge, there are no code violations at the property.
