This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
EnviroSure is conducting a Phase I ESA at 200 North Pemberton Road (Block 785; Lot 2). In that regard, we are requesting a search of all files pertaining to the property. Especially, underground storage tanks, environmental concerns, building permits and ownership records.

I will need more clarification as to what records you are looking for. Your current request asks for all files, especially, underground storage tanks, environmental concerns, building permits and ownership records. Under OPRA you are required to be specific as to what documents you are requesting, all files is unacceptable. As your request currently is, you will only receive the documents you specified as listed above. I will also need clarification as to what "ownership records" are. Please note that your request will not be deemed received until this information is clarified. If you need any assistance, please feel free to call me at the number listed below.
