RECORDS MAY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Any Open/Closed Permits (Tanks Specifically + Others), Asbestos Records, Surface Spills/Discharges, Open/Closed Site Violations, Drinking Water Wells (Potable), Monitoring Wells, Information On Any Septic Tanks On Site (Closures, Etc.), Oil/Gas/Chemical Leaks or Spills (Any Reported Hazmat or Non-Hazmat Spills or Discharges), Responses/Hazmat Incidents or Complaints, Site Remediations (Soil And/or Groundwater), NJDEP No Further Action (NFA) Letters, Etc.

COPIES OF ANY ENVIRONMENTAL REPORTS WOULD ALSO BE HELPFUL, REPORTS MAY INCLUDE: Remedial Action Report (RAR), Remedial Action Outcome (RAO) Reports, Phase I Or Phase II Reports, Preliminary Assessment (PA) Reports, Site Investigation (SI) Reports, Etc.
