The City has received your Request for records under the Open Public Records Act (OPRA).  As you know, due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), a health emergency currently exists and all City employees  have been ordered to remain at home.  Moreover, many other employees who have been classified as essential employees are performing these essential services from their homes through remote access.  Due to the current health emergency, you should expect to experience delays, possibly significant delays, in the City being able to respond to your OPRA Request.  However, be assured that the City will make an effort to respond as soon as possible.

Specifically, we are requesting underground storage tank registrations, removals, LUST files, and any past and present environmental compliance files. Thank you.
