Hello, EnviroSure is conducting a Phase I ESA at 107 Whittendale Drive, Moorestown, Burlington NJ. In that reguard, we are requesting a search of all files pertaining to the property, especially those involving underground storage tanks, environmental concerns, and ownership records.

Please be advised that your request is considered too broad as it does not specifically identify a document(s). Under OPRA, public agencies are required to disclose only identifiable records. OPRA does not require the Custodian of Records to conduct “research” in response to an OPRA request and, therefore, your request is denied. Please submit a request that identifies at a minimum the type of records you are requesting and not simply all files pertaining to the property.
