Hello, EnviroSure is conducting a Phase I ESA at 107 Whittendale Drive, Moorestown, Burlington NJ. In that reguard, we are requesting a search of all files pertaining to the property, especially those involving underground storage tanks, environmental concerns, and ownership records.

OPRA does not require the Custodian of Records to conduct “research” in response to an OPRA request and, therefore, your request is denied.
