The request is in support of a Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment. I am looking for any environmental records you might have, such as health department, engineering/planning department, environmental commission, records of petroleum and/or chemical storage tanks, spills, etc.

Hi Daniel,
Clayton does not maintain deeds. You will have to contact the County Clerk for deeds.
Regarding the remainder of your request, I will check with our Planning Board for any records they may have.
