Environmental Due Diligence OPRA - Block 225

Records requested:
Langan is conducting an environmental due diligence (Phase I ESA/PAR) for the entirety of Block 225 in New Brunswick. Files sought are for the below addresses, and are to be from the time of first development (pre-1900) to the present. Langna is requesting all files related to environmental concerns at the site, including but not limited to, hazardous material storage / disposal, sanitary waste storage / disposal, above ground and underground storage tanks, remedial actions and permits, tanks and building permits, discharges/releases of petroleum and hazardous materials, fires, monitoring wells, etc.

Good morning Andrew,
Could you please clarify what you mean by original responses? I've attached documentation for your review. The original request came in on 11/4/19 for an environmental assessment in OPRA request 19-11-550. Caitlin McManimon from Langan was then here on December 17th to review in person, as the files were too extensive to email. The same exact environmental assessment was submitted again on 12/16/2019 through you as OPRA 19-12-608. I noticed the addresses requested were identical, so then reached out to Caitlin for clarification if this was indeed duplicate. Her reply is also included, that yes it was and to disregard. Whatever files she looked at that day are what we have. Please let me know if you have any further questions.
