Dear Union City,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

J.S. Held was retained to performed environmental due diligence at the property located at 1208-1210 Summit Avenue, Union City, Hudson Count, New Jersey (Block 58, Lots 24 and 25).

The purpose of this letter is to request any information which may be in your files in connection with the subject property. Please review your files for any of the following:

Ÿ Underground Storage Tank (UST) registrations, installation or removal permits
