Dear Allentown Borough,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Impact is completing a due diligence assessment of the property located at 2 Allyson Way Main Street (Block 15, Lot 37.06), Allentown, New Jersey. The Site is currently a Vacant lot. Impact is requesting all files related to environmental concerns at the Site including, but not limited to, above ground and underground storage tanks, remedial actions and permits, tanks and building permits, environmental violations and investigations, discharges/releases of petroleum and hazardous materials, spills, historic property ownership, potable wells, monitoring wells, septic systems, and any other environmental-related records.
