AEI Consultants is currently conducting an environmental assessment and determining the possibility of soil and/or groundwater contamination on-site is pertinent to these assessments. The environmental assessment is being performed on the following property address(es):
• 2 Laurel Dr, Flanders, NJ 07836
As part of this assessment, we are requesting information concerning this property from the following Departments concerning records or knowledge of the following:
From the Health and/or Environmental Department: Any environmental code violations or concerns associated with the facility such as accidental discharges, spills, underground storage tanks, or storage of hazardous or petroleum waste
From the Building Department: Building permits (including the original, if available), and certificates of occupancy
From the Planning Department: AULs (Activity & Use Limitations) or property use limitations
From the Fire Department: Hazardous material or fuel storage or releases, any on-site storage tanks and permits, abandoned substances, illegal dumping, any other adverse environmental conditions
