From the Building Department: Building permits (including the original, if available), and certificates of occupancy
From the Planning Department: AULs (Activity & Use Limitations) or property use limitations
From the Fire Department: Hazardous material or fuel storage or releases, any on-site storage tanks and permits, abandoned substances, illegal dumping, any other adverse environmental conditions
