I am responding on behalf of the Community Development Office with respect to the below OPRA request. I have attached the documents and minutes that were a part of the Ordinance review conducted by the Planning Board in 2017. If you have dates of additional meeting minutes that you need, you may forward those specific dates to me and will provide the minutes. If you don't have specific dates, you may research the minutes on the Township website by following this link:

This office is not in receipt of an application for development; therefore, we do not have engineering plans and drafts or surveying reports.

In response to your January 3, 2023 OPRA request below, please be advised that the Open Public Records Act relates to documents only, therefore your request for "Construction Meetings" does not fall under the scope of OPRA. Additionally any notes created are considered deliberative and consultative and are not subject to OPRA, therefore we are unable to provide you with any notes.
Your request for correspondence and emails is too broad. We have no way to search for content in emails and record keepers are not required to conduct research. Therefore, we request that you narrow the search down to specific dates, subject, to and from. Please keep in mind that under OPRA record keepers are not required to do research, therefore you must be specific as to the documents you are requesting. In that vein, you have not provided us with the dates of the meeting minutes you required, therefore I am providing you with the lilnk to the Township's website where the minutes can be found. You may search those documents for the references you need.
