EMS run sheets/reports/records documenting the treatment/transporting of Michael Amoroso from the scene of a motor vehicle collision on the GSP, mile post 109.30, on 1/28/2022 at 1946 hrs. Said motor vehicle collision was investigated by the NJSP and documented on NJTR-1 #220098001.
