- Please provide the NJ Entity ID for the license showing as "Active" in the EMS Licensing System as filed for "South Painfield Emergency Medical Services" as the NJ Department of Treasury shows no such business registered with their office.
- As this license shows as "active", please also provide records of any and all vehicle inspections connected to this applicant from your office.
