This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
All information requested is for the following timeframe: June 1st 2023 through June 17th 2024.
- All communications and or documented information from, with, and/or regarding:
Any EMS services provided by, offered to be provided by, or otherwise being evaluated for provision by any EMS agency or EMS Division of an Agency.
- All communications and records of/regarding Inspira Health EMS' past, present, or future service(s) to Maurice River Township or any subdivision or portion(s) thereof.
- Any contract(s) and/or agreement(s) currently in place between the Township of Maurice River, including any subdivisions thereof, and any Emergency Medical Service Provider(s).
