This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
-Copy of EMS agreement between the township and Woodland Fire&EMS
-Any payments by woodland fire department to Hampton Lakes EMS in the past 4 years.
Woodland fire department is considered a township entity so the records should be provided.
