The following information regarding Clark Township Police Officer Catherine Mitchell (retired)
- Start and end dates of employment with the Township of Clark
- Title(s)
- Salary upon retirement
- Reason for retirement
- Copies of any civil complaint or lawsuit filed by Catherine Mitchell and served upon the Township of Clark, the Clark Police Department and/or any Township elected or appointed Official and officers
- Copies of any settlement agreement entered between Catherine Mitchell and the Township of Clark, any of its elected or appointed officials and/or the Township of Clark's Police Department and/or its officers
- Copies of any discrimination or harassment complaint filed by Catherine Mitchell with the Township of Clark and/or the Clark Police Department, to include dates, nature/type of complaint, persons involved and disposition of said complaints.
