N.J.S.A. 43:21-11(g), of the New Jersey Statutes, states in pertinent part that all records, reports and other information obtained from employers and employees under the New Jersey Unemployment Compensation Law and Temporary Disability Benefits Law are confidential and "shall not be published or open to public inspection." Consequently, I must deny your request for "employment filings and taxes submitted to [the Department] by iLearn Schools for the years 2015 through 2021."
